Offer description
The goal of European Outfitting, operated by PH & Outfitter Bernhard J. Soellner and his team, is to provide its clients with the best hunting and trophy quality for the individual game animal they seek, while delivering the finest service in the region where hunting takes place.
We strongly believe that professionalism and hard work is the foundation for success. All our guests are guided by us personally.
Hunting with European Outfitting stands for perfect service, outstanding trophy quality and high-flying birds.
The Alpine Ibex is one of the most exclusive Big Game species that can be hunted in the Alps. Moreover, it is also the most rare of all Ibex species worldwide to be hunted. The Alpine Ibex´s massive thick and slightly bend horns make out this trophy’s desirability. After the Ibex was nearly extinct, it was reintroduced to the Swiss and Austrian Alps in the 19th century. With sustainable Ibex populations nowadays that are managed to keep the populations stable the Alpine Ibex is one of the biggest success stories when it comes to conservation through hunting in Europe. We are happy to be in the position of offering several hunts every year to hunters from around the world but we recommend to book far in advance. The best seasons for a successful hunt on Ibex are autumn and winter with the rut being in December.
