Experience The Free Range Hunt Of A Lifetime!
At Sesembo Hunting Safaris, ethical free-range hunting is our pride and passion. We offer an exciting safari adventure in Namibia, with its wide-open landscapes and lush animal life. These wide open spaces lead to the birth of Sesembo hunting safaris bush camp, wich is built with the objective to bring you back to the days of Hemmingway and Capstick.
The name Sesembo is derived from the Sesame Bush (Sesamothamnus lugardii) which is found in northern Namibia - a spectacular bush used by the local people for its medicinal value.
Sesembo is situated 4 hour's drive from the legendary skeleton coast's weird and wonderful landscape, 5 hours from one of the best known coastal towns in Namibia, Swakopmund, and 1.5 hours drive to Etosha National Park.
Just as this bush boasts its unique beauty standing out among the crowd, Sesembo Hunting Safaris aims to please both the first-time hunter as well as the passionate lifelong hunter by offering a unique free range hunting experience, guided by a experienced and energetic professional hunter (PH), Ruan Botha.
Every sound and sight will be new to you and are all the things that, combined with a successful hunt, makes for a real unforgettable hunting experience. Remember don't leave camp without capturing your experience in our guest book for other guests to enjoy.
Etosha National Park is unique in Africa. The park’s main characteristic is a salt pan so large it can be seen from space. Yet there is abundant wildlife that congregates around the waterholes, giving you almost guaranteed game sightings. At the same time Etosha National Park is one of the most accessible game reserves in Namibia and Southern Africa.

With our hands-on approach, we can cater for any special dietary requirements and we encourage our guests to make themselves right at home, helping themselves to soft drinks, beer and wine at our bar and be comfortable to ask for a snack if they feel peckish.
After a long hard day of hunting you can relax around our traditional campfire with a cold drink experiencing the magnificent southern stars, listening to jackals doing their nightly serenade in the background. Or just watching the cascades of sparks from bushman TV (camp fire) as you recap your exiting hunting day. This is where long lasting friendships and memories are forged.
