\nOur farm in the Etosha area is about 11.000 ha (110 km\u00b2) large and belonged in former times to the area of \u200b\u200bthe Etosha national park.
\nThe farm has been owned by the owner family since 1925 and was then acquired by the English crown.
\nThe biotope is characterized by very strong vegetation with thorn bushes and medium-high trees. The few larger open spaces were mostly artificially beaten and kept open. Since there are more precipitations in the north than in the middle or southern part of Namibia, there are many natural water bodies (Vleys) on the farmland.
\nThe number of these water bodies decreases only in the months of April \/ May. The water content of the grasses also decreases, so that the game changes from the beginning of May to the beginning of November.
\nThis is the reason why the hunt on this farm, which is run on all wilds exclusively as a hunting hunt, is carried out only in the period May to early November.
\nAt the water and salt sites there are high places, which for safety reasons because of the termites were essentially made of metal. Some of these residences are so large that more than one person can easily find their seats.
\nSince the farm has been gradually built up since 1985 as a combined hunting and cattle farm, and the natural game stock has matured and grown, interesting strong and mature trophy carriers are available for the hunt.
\nThe farmer is very keen on it and sees it as one of his hallmarks that only mature and strong trophy carriers or old non-performing animals are released for launch. At the same time, compliance with the minimum standards of the Namibian hunting organization NAPHA is a matter of course.
\nThe accommodation
\n\u00a0They are housed in comfortable African style guest houses with a pool, a restaurant with cold and warm buffet and service by the owner family, which leaves nothing to be desired.
\n\u00a0The hunt
\n\u00a0The hunt takes place exclusively as a hunt for hirings, pulpits, or floor-sits at watering-places, sausages and outdoor areas. Due to the high proportion of Dickbusch, the game is hardly successful and is therefore not exercised.
\nHunting is therefore also suitable for the elderly or physically restricted hunter.
