\nNewfoundland, the easternmost province in Canada, has the largest elk density in the world with 2 elks per sq. Km. My partner hunting in the Northern Peninsula where the density is even at 3 moose per km\u00b2. The trophy size is not as large as for example in Kamchatka, the normal weight is between 5 and 20 kg with a display of 70-130cm (30-52 inches). The advantage of hunting in Newfoundland is that at an affordable price a very high success rate with good trophies is achieved.
