\nThe philosophy of this hunting management is to maintain the total number of fallow deer living in the 8500 hectares district at an optimal level with excellent quality. The essential feature of these trophies is the short but rather strong shoot, the blade is wider than usual, the color of the antler is dark and in the inner side of the blade are often so-called “spores” before, which belong to an individual treasure. More than 50% of the killed fallow deer have a medal. This population has developed an intrinsic phenotype, which is easily recognized by the characteristics of the trophies.
