\nLodges and or Zambezi region
\n\u2022 Hire of rifles, including ammunition ($70 per day)
\n\u2022 International phone calls \/ faxes
\n\u2022 Insurance and medical expenses of any kind
\n\u2022 Taxidermy fees and dipping, mounting and shipping of
\ntrophies
\n\u2022 Import permits and fees required by countries other than
\nNamibia
\n\u2022 Sightseeing excursions other than on Aru Game Lodges
\n\u2022 Gratuities to camp\/lodge staff and PH\u2019s (10 – 15%
\nrecommended)
\n\u2022 Trophies for game wounded \/ taken and lost
\n\u2022 Accommodation expenses before and after scheduled
\ntrophy hunting period
\n\u2022 15% VAT on all cull and wounded animals
\n\u2022 15% VAT on daily rates
\n\u2022 1% Tourism Levy on daily rates
\n\u2022 Bank charges at $50 per invoice
\n\u2022 Bush Spa expenses
\n\u2022 Community Fees
\nTerms of Business
\n\u2022 Deposit of 50% of total daily rates is payable on
\nconfirmation of booking
\n\u2022 Contract to be signed with Aru Game Lodges on
\nconfirmation of booking.
\n\u2022 All prices are quoted and are payable in Euro\/US Dollars
\n\u2022 VISA and MasterCard accepted. Namibian Dollar rates will
\nbe calculated according to the rate on day of payment.
\n\u2022 Credit Card fee of 2.5% is applicable.
\n\u2022 No refund of deposit can be made if client cancels safari
\nafter confirmation.
\n\u2022 Safari can be re-booked within 3 months of cancellation
\nnotice, without forfeiting deposit paid.
\n\u2022 All prices are subject to change
