The hunting season runs mid-August to end of october. In the early season goats are more accessible (weather) but the later season goats have more luxurious (longer and thicker) coats.
\nThe goats are hunted in the higher mountains, so you need a lot of endurance and fittness, which makes that to a very special kind of hunt. All hunts are by way of backpack.
\nDuring the hunt you normally live in rustical cabin or tent camps, which lay next to rivers and are not far away from the good hunting spots. You\u00b4ll be guided by a professional hunter, who is an expert in this territory.

Ground transportation to and from the hunting area, licences and species tags for selected hunts are included as well as all meals, skinning, caping, and meat care.
\nThe hunter preservation fund, governmental royalities and taxes and the hunting license are included as well.
\nIt is possible to take a non hunting accompanion with you. Costs are 450 $ per hunting day.
