THE HUNT
\nThe hunting of the sheep on stalking hunt is the most interesting that it is because of its difficulty. It is a magnificent and extremely suspicious animal that flees at the slightest doubt. It is essential to approach the animals with finesse and be very patient before pulling the animal in perfect position.
\nThese territories are in the Gorges du Tarn (600 and 900 meters above sea level), Ari\u00e8ge (up to 2000 meters) and the High Pyrenees (up to 1200 meters). Animals move between the full and the plateaus of dry lawns where vegetation and cliffs give them the opportunity to hide.
\nIn these territories lives a large population of sheep where all age groups are represented.<\/p>\n
