\nOur hunting expeditions are hosted near the town of Ayn Darahim in northwestern Tunisia and we will be hunting for wild boars.<\/p>\n

\nNorth Africa, with expeditions based near Ayn Darahim in the mountains and forests of northern Tunisia.<\/p>\n
Target Species:
\nHunt the Berber wild boar, known for its shorter fur and longer snout compared to European wild boars. The area also hosts foxes, golden jackals, and wild cats.
\nHunting Method: Driven hunts with groups of up to 12 hunters, assisted by 20 drivers and dogs.<\/p>\n
Daily Schedule:
\nEnjoy 3-4 morning drives and an equal number in the afternoon, with a lunch break in the wild.<\/p>\n
Optimal Conditions:
\nBest hunting achieved on calm, windless days where hunters can remain still and hidden.<\/p>\n
Firearm Regulations:
\nOnly shotguns are permitted. You may use semi-automatics with up to three shots or traditional double-barreled shotguns. Slugs are the recommended ammunition.<\/p>\n
Shooting Range:
\nEffective distance up to 100 meters for skilled shooters in good physical condition.<\/p>\n
Travel Arrangements:
\nFly to Tunis Carthage Airport. Transfers to the hotel in Ayn Darahim are included, with daily travel to hunting sites ranging from 15 to 30 km.<\/p>\n
Hunting Expectations: Potential to harvest 20-40 wild boars over four days, including trophy-sized tuskers.
\nTrophy Hunting: Focusing on large keilers may reduce overall numbers but increases the chance of significant trophies.<\/p>\n
