A traditional moose hunt is offered in Sweden near Bengtsfors. The hunting grounds boast excellent moose populations and a good population of roe deer, red deer, wild boar, and game birds.
\nArrival is on Sunday. The accommodations are heated, have running water, and electricity. A sauna and whirlpool are available.
\nHunting takes place Monday through Friday with a random dog. Two drives are scheduled per hunting day. At lunchtime, hunters are catered for at a restaurant, and breakfast and a hot dinner are prepared by the organizer.
\nElk is the main target species.
\nThe following will be released this week:
\nTwo bull moose, one adult female, and two moose calves. The probability of shooting five moose is close to 100%. There is no trophy limit.
\nWith 12 hunters, however, it is also clear that not every hunter will be successful.
\nThere is another hunting area with equally good moose populations. This one only hosts one hunting week per year, with no limit on the number of moose killed, limited to 12 hunters. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact me.<\/p>\n
Red deer and wild boars are released without restriction regardless of trophy size.
\nTrolling for pike and spinning for perch are possible, as is baiting for roe deer\/mountain hare, evening ambush for beaver or hunting capercaillie and black grouse.
\nThere are no additional costs
\nThe hunting group is limited to 12 hunters.
\nApprox. 25 kg of elk meat per hunter free of charge.
