Additional information: The hunting areas, around 20-40 minutes from Hotel are currently leased by private owners. The total area of the hunting grounds is around 4000 hectares, of which a large part is forest. The hunting grounds are mostly situated in slightly undulating terrain at an altitude of around 300-400 meters above sea level and are therefore characterized by its nature very good for driven hunts. Coniferous trees dominate the area, especially spruce and pine, while beech and oak are deciduous trees. The main game here is wild boar, other game is roe deer and fallow deer. There is always a sufficient number of beaters and dogs working in the drive, so driven hunts in this area become very attractive, desirable and memorable for hunters. The hunt usually starts at 9 a.m. and ends with a closing ceremony at around 4 p.m., when, to the sound of borlls and horns, the hunters are presented with fragments in honor of their successful hunt. Based on recent results in these hunting areas with the same organisation, a group of 20 hunters could expect to hunt 20 to 35 animals per day. Typically, 50 – 70 % of the animals hunted over the course of three days are wild boars.
