Price includes:
• Transport to and from the airport to the lodges by road
• All meals and beverages (alcoholic beverages in moderation)
• Accommodation
• Daily cleaning and laundry services
• Hunting license fees and required hunting permits
• All pre-hunt preparation and Leopard baiting
• Services of professional hunters, trackers, skinners, drivers
• Four wheel drive hunting vehicles and equipment
• Field preparation and delivery to local taxidermist
• Game drives and all other activities offered at Aru Game
Lodges
• Wifi on Kalakwa and Veronica
Price excludes:
• Transport costs to and from Namibia and airport taxes
• Transport costs to and from our Zambezi dangerous game
concessions
• Optional traveling costs by aircraft to and from Aru Game
Lodges and or Zambezi region
• Hire of rifles, including ammunition ($70 per day)
• International phone calls / faxes
• Insurance and medical expenses of any kind
• Taxidermy fees and dipping, mounting and shipping of
trophies
• Import permits and fees required by countries other than
Namibia
• Sightseeing excursions other than on Aru Game Lodges
• Gratuities to camp/lodge staff and PH’s (10 - 15%
recommended)
• Trophies for game wounded / taken and lost
• Accommodation expenses before and after scheduled
trophy hunting period
• 15% VAT on all cull and wounded animals
• 15% VAT on daily rates
• 1% Tourism Levy on daily rates
• Bank charges at $50 per invoice
• Bush Spa expenses
• Community Fees
Terms of Business
• Deposit of 50% of total daily rates is payable on
confirmation of booking
• Contract to be signed with Aru Game Lodges on
confirmation of booking.
• All prices are quoted and are payable in Euro/US Dollars
• VISA and MasterCard accepted. Namibian Dollar rates will
be calculated according to the rate on day of payment.
• Credit Card fee of 2.5% is applicable.
• No refund of deposit can be made if client cancels safari
after confirmation.
• Safari can be re-booked within 3 months of cancellation
notice, without forfeiting deposit paid.
• All prices are subject to change
• All payments must be in cash / credit card / advised method.

prices may differ depending on which area we choose
