Fallow Deer are one of the more beautiful animals to hunt during the rut, affectionately known in Spain as “La ronca” (the snore), and taking place throughout the month of October.
We have a number of concessions to excellent grounds selected for spot and stalk hunting of the finest fallow deer trophies. The areas offered to our customers have been selected for the availability of quality specimens and offer maximum-value trophies of optimum-age specimens.
Fallow deer mainly is located in Spain in Castilla La Mancha and Andalucia regions.
While fallow deer may be hunted throughout the open season, we recommend mid-September to the end of October as the best period for your hunt.
