Einmal im Leben auf den weiten Ebenen von Montana am Fuße der Rocky Mountains auf Pronghorn waidwerken. Zeitraum ist vom 11./12. – 14./15. Oktober 2020 (abhängig von den Flugverbindungen nach Billings). Die Besonderheit ist, das wir im Reservat der Crow-Indianer jagen und somit nicht am staatlichen Lotterie-Lizenzvergabesystem teilnehmen müssen. Die Crow-Indianer verwalten sich selber. Die Erfolgsquote lag 2019 (Jagd im Reservat endet zum 31.10.) bei 22 Jägern mit 27 Böcken und 3 Bison-Jäger haben alle ihr Bison bekommen. Im Reservat dürfen keine Hirsche wie Elk, Weisswedel- oder Mauleselhirsch erlegt werden und keine männlichen Bison, dies ist allein den Stammesmitgliedern vorbehalten.

To hunt for Pronghorn in Montana!!
Once in a lifetime to hunt on the vast plains of Montana at the foot of the Rocky Mountains for Pronghorn. Period is from 11./12. - 14./15. October 2020 (depending on the flights to Billings). The special feature is that we hunt in the reserve of the Crow Indians and therefore do not have to participate in the state lottery licensing system. The Crow Indians manage themselves. The success rate was 2019 (hunting in the reserve ends on October 31) with 22 hunters with 27 goats and 3 bison hunters all got their bison. In the reserve no deer such as elk, white-tailed or mule deer can be shot and no male bison, this is reserved for the tribal members alone.
