Just 110 kilometers across the German-Polish border in Western Pomerania, you'll find one of Poland's most attractive red deer hunting areas. The Drawno and Bierzwnik hunting grounds cover a total of almost 35,000 hectares and are located directly adjacent to the expansive Drawa National Park.
The combination of large forested areas, pristine nature, and proximity to the unhunted national park creates excellent conditions for successful red deer hunting. Strong red stags with trophy weights between 6 and 9 kilograms are not uncommon in this region.
## An exceptional red deer habitat
The adjacent Drawa National Park covers approximately 14,000 hectares and serves as a protected refuge for wildlife. Since hunting is prohibited within the national park, mature and trophy-sized stags regularly migrate into the neighboring hunting grounds.
