WILD BOAR DRIVEN HUNT

HUNTING SCHEDULE
There are several international flights a day from many EU countries and once landed in Turkey our hunting reserves are within easy travelling distance from the airport.
Day 1: You will be met at the airport by a representative from POYRAZSAFARI guests who choose to bring their own rifles will need to have them cleared for entry into Turkey at the Customs Office at the airport. This procedure will take about 10 minutes per hunter and will be facilitated by one of our staff.
The journey will take 20 minutes or less by private car to your accomodation. Dinner will be followed by picking numbers for identifying the hunting positions for the hunting days.
Day 2-4: Early breakfast (6:00), driving to the hunting grounds, Driven hunt, outdoor barbeque lunch. Driven hunt two. Back to the hotel for dinner.
Day 5: Breakfast -Transfer to the airport – Custom clearance of the rifles (if necessary) with the assistance of our staff.
GENERAL INFORMATION
In Turkey the breeding of animals for hunting is forbidden as is hunting within National Parks or fenced in areas. Our wild boar are guaranteed to be wild.
For our Wild Boar driven hunts we use virgin territory. We use the latest technology incorperating hunting cameras in all our areas. Our company organizes five driven hunts per year so the probability of shooting a trophy wild boar with over 22cm tusk size is 20%. We garantee the shooting of 40 wild boars(3 missed shots count as 1 boar) for 10 hunters within 3 days. At our driven hunts there are no weight, number or trophy limits for wild boars shot and we hunt in all terrains.
If a hunter decides not to attend the hunt during the time allocated (hangover from drinking the night before etc), we will count it as though he has shot 10 wild boar.
Our personnel check the cameras constantly in the area and track the wild boar activity in the region. The driven hunt takes place with our experienced beaters and dogs especially trained for driven hunts. During the 3-4 days of driven hunting we use 20 drivers and 8-12 dogs according to the number of hunters every day. In the morning there will be a driven hunt and after the open air barbeque lunch there is another driven hunt in the afternoon.
