- Enter your promo code when making your inquiry/booking
- Complete the booking entirely through our website
- Go on your hunting trip as planned
- Once you’ve received the final invoice from the hunting trip provider, forward it to us as proof. Also provide your bank account number.
- Once verified, your cash back will be paid out
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
To ensure your cash back is valid, please note the following:
- Our cash back is limited to booking fees and daily rates
- The amount of cash back depends on the specific promo code (e.g., different percentages)
- Your booking must be made and completed via huntermeetshunter.com (You will receive an email as a booking confirmation upon completion)
- Only fully completed hunting trips are eligible for cash back
- In the event of cancellation or no-show, the right to cash back expires. This also applies to any deposits already paid to the provider
- Bookings made through third-party providers are excluded
PAYMENT OF YOUR CASH BACK
As soon as we receive the final invoice from your hunting trip provider and your booking has been verified, we will transfer your cash back amount directly to your bank account.
Please ensure that you provide us with your complete and correct account information to avoid any delays.
Payment will be made within 30 days of successful verification.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE CASH BACK PROMOTION
The cash back promotions are valid only within the specified promotional period. Bookings made outside this period cannot use a Cash Back code and are excluded from these promotions.
The booked hunt must be completed within 2 years of the booking date, and the invoices must be submitted to us.
We may request your booking and billing documents at any time to verify your eligibility. Incomplete or unclear documents cannot be considered. The receipt must include the billing date, the services booked, and the price paid.
Only one Cash Back Code may be used per booked hunting trip.
We reserve the right to change or terminate Cash Back promotions at any time. Claims that are already valid remain unaffected.
Liability for indirect damages or losses in connection with participation is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
You are eligible to participate if you book and complete the offer in accordance with the terms and conditions.
