Itinerary and services and shooting fees included in the price:
8 travel days from / to Moscow, of which up to 5 morning stalks possible.
· Pick-up and delivery service to and from Moscow airport on arrival and departure, help with customs and weapons control;
· Supervision / accompaniment by an interpreter during the entire stay in Russia, per gr .;
· Transfer to Moscow on arrival and departure (airport - train station - airport);
· Train journey Moscow - Kirov and back with the trans-Siberian railway (journey time approx. 14 hours) in a 2nd class sleeping waggon (4 bed compartment: 2 seats below each other and 2 against each other above). For a surcharge of Euro 300.0 you can travell in 1st class: only 2 places below. If there are not enough 1st class compartments on the train, the four-compartment 2nd class compartments (but for 2 people!) Can be reserved as an alternative for the 1st class price;
· Transfer from the Kirov destination station by car to the hunting area;
· Accommodation during the stay in the area (mostly simple hunting lodge without comfort), Russian steam bath;
· Meals during the stay in the area, except delicacies, beer and other alcoholic beverages. It is recommended to take some provisions with you for the train journey or to get them just before the train departure. There is also a dining waggon on most trains;
· Required transportation while hunting;
· Hunting organization with the hunting guide 1:1 capercaillie in courtship at night, black grouse out of the umbrella in the morning, snipe on the line in the evening;
· Shot of 1st capercaillie and 1st black cock, snipe unlimited. The chance of success in shooting a capercaillie and a black cock is about 100%.
Processing fee and official documentation: official confirmation for the visa application, local registration procedure incl.state fees, arms import permit, shooting licenses, hunting license, veterinary certificates (Russian for export and European for import into the EU), liability insurance for the realization of the tourist product (with health or travel insurance or hunting success has nothing to do with it);
· If there is a short city tour in Moscow: Red Square, Kremlin (tickets for Kremlin extra), Moscow University on the Sparrow Mountains.
GENERAL RULES HUNTING PROVISIONS:
CANCELLATION PENALTIES, Additional kills and additional costs
· Payment mode of the services: as non-refundable booking fee € 200.0 by bank transfer plus € 1,100.0 in cash on arrival;
· Surcharge for the 1st class train journey and all additional kills and incidental costs are to be paid on site;
Euro 100.0 - rental weapon, 1 shotgun. Ammunition has to be paid extra.
· No refund will be given for the earlier departure from the hunting grounds at the request of the hunting guest;
· Euro 350 - shooting fee 2nd capercaillie;
· Euro 200 - launch fee for 2nd black cock;
Wounded rooster (sign, either / or: falling down, feather, droplets of blood (they can hardly be found), unusual departure of the bird), as well as two misses or refusals to fire on capercaillie or black grouse at the shotable distance, at the sufficient light intensity and in a good, quiet position or without hunting, the cock must be shot;
· In the event of failure to pay due to the fault of the hunting organizer, € 150.0 will be reimbursed for the capercaillie and € 100.0 for the black grouse;
According to the EU regulation (regulation), only the treated game trophies from game birds may be imported into the EU from third countries, i.e. The hunting trophies must be healed after they have been shot and salted at least 14 days before they are taken away so that they are sent to the hunting guests after the hunt.
The resulting costs for bellows, preparation and packing of the bellows have to be paid extra:
